Tectum homes are born in order to respond to a real demand of quality affordable rental housing that until now has not being attended in the market.

This new Tectum homes are contributing to promote “the existence of an adequate housing stock with affordable prices, with access through renting and with a diversified recipients market.” Strategic target nº8 of the Urban Spanish Agenda 2030.

The younger generations have begun to modify the traditional behavior regarding housing, either because of their mentality or because of the need of a transitory period between emancipation and buying a house.
